KF Flanges & Components

KF Flanges and Components are a series of vacuum fittings applied to high vacuum systems, with vacuum pressures ranging down to 1x10-8 Torr.  These components are typically used in semiconductor manufacturing, research laboratories, and vacuum pumping.  They are designed for easy assembly and disassembly, making them ideal for applications requiring frequent maintenance or modification.

We offer a wide range of high-quality KF vacuum components, including KF flange, clamps, centering rings, nipples, adapters, and bellows, all designed to work seamlessly together.  They are made from stainless steel 304, 316L, or aluminum.

KF flanges utilize a clamp, centering ring, and rubber O-ring to create a vacuum-tight seal.  The clamp is tightened over the flange, centering ring, and rubber O-ring to securely join two parts.
