Instrument Fittings

Instrument Fittings and Valves are specialized components designed to securely connect and manage instrumentation systems across various industrial applications, such as petrochemical, oil-refining, industrial gas, power generation, electronic, semiconductor, analyzing and marine industries.

We can provide a comprehensive range of premium-quality instrument fittings and instrument valves, including tube fittings, pipe fittings, needle valves, check valves, gauge valves, valve manifolds, and more.  They are made from stainless steel grades 304, 316, and 316L, or from brass.

Tube Fittings are also known as Compression Fittings.  They consist of a threaded fitting, a front ferrule, a back ferrule, and a nut, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly.  The tube is inserted into the fitting, and the nut is screwed onto the fitting body, forcing the ferrules to compress tightly around the tube.  As the nut is tightened, the ferrules compress against the tube, creating a strong and leak-proof seal.

Our twin-ferrule tube fittings have the same chemical, heating, and hardening treatments as Parker and Swagelok Fittings do.  About the working pressure, it’s 6000psi for twin-ferrule type in stainless steel, 300psi for single-ferrule type in brass material, and 1000psi for twin-ferrule type in brass material.
