ISO Flanges & Components

ISO Flanges and Components are a series of vacuum fittings applied to high vacuum systems, with vacuum pressures down to 1x10-8 Torr.  These components are typically used in semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum chambers, and vacuum pumping.  They are designed for easy assembly and disassembly, making them ideal for applications requiring frequent maintenance or modification.

We offer a wide range of high-quality ISO vacuum components, including ISO flanges, clamps, centering rings, nipples, adapters, and bellows, all designed to work seamlessly together.  They are made from stainless steel 304, 316L, or aluminum.

ISO flanges are mainly joined with double-claw or double-wall clamps, or fastened with bolts if they are bolted flanges.  The centering ring and rubber O-ring are securely compressed between the two flanges to provide a leak-proof seal.
