CF Flanges & Components

CF Hardware refers to components designed for use with CF flanges, including CF copper gasket, flange cap, and plate nut.

The CF Copper Gasket is placed between CF flanges to provide leak-proof seals when the flanges are bolted together.  It is typically made of OFHC (Oxygen-Free, High Conductivity) copper due to its high purity, ductility, and low outgassing properties, making it ideal for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) sealing.

The CF Flange Cap is a protective cover made of plastic, designed to fit over the sealing surface of the CF flanges.

The CF Plate Nut is a specialized component used to simplify and secure bolt fastening in CF flange assemblies.
